How easy is the Whoop to learn and use?

Based on reviews posted on popular review sites as well as from Whoop's website, Whoop performs very well in terms of user-friendly products relative to other fitness tracker brands.
The review site wareable.com gives Whoop excellent ratings for user-friendly products in a review posted on its website. Specifically, this reviewer pointed out the following:
You can also customise your Whoop Strap 3.0 further with premium band and clasp combinations, as well as different material bands. There’s also a new ProKnit band as standard, which has a decent amount of stretch to it. The underside has textured patterning designed to stop the Whoop Strap from sliding around your wrist. If there’s one knock against the ProKnit though, it’s that it is pretty slow to dry if you get it wet.
The review site tomsguide.com gives Whoop excellent ratings for user-friendly products in a review posted on its website. From this review:
The Whoop device has a very simple design. It’s an inch-wide, curved piece of plastic, about 0.5 inches at its thickest. Made to be worn on the wrist, it comes with a black nanostretch band (other color options are available). It doesn’t stand out, and it slips easily under a dress shirt. In fact, I often forgot I was wearing it.
